The HOLDRITE® #117-T Series No-Hub Fitting Restraints are designed to reinforce no-hub cast iron installations of Test/Cleanout Tees, in accordance with the installation instructions of U.S. cast iron soil pipe manufacturers, CISPI Designation 301-18, 310-18, and the 2006 CISPI Installation Handbook. The #117-T (2" – 8” in size) retain the reducer fittings onto the adjoining piping using stainless steel bands which must be torqued to 60 in/lbs minimum. When installed correctly, these restraint brackets achieve a safe thrust pressure rating equal to 50' head of water pressure. For the 10” size, heavy duty steel pipes clamp and straps are used and require 60 ft/lbs of torque on pipe clamp bolts
