This No-Hub Fitting Restraint is made to prevent separation of no-hub pipe fittings at changes of direction or straight in-line joints. These engineered restraints protect against water blow-outs in rain leader systems, plus support joints from the separation of both longitudinal movements and diagonal misalignment.

The #117-LS (2" – 6” in size) retain the 90° elbow onto the adjoining piping using stainless steel bands which must be torqued to 60 in/lbs minimum. When installed correctly, these restraint brackets achieve a safe thrust pressure rating equal to 50' head of water pressure.

The HOLDRITE® #117-LL Series No-Hub Fitting Restraints are designed to reinforce no-hub cast iron installations in accordance with the installation instructions of U.S. cast iron soil pipe manufacturers, CISPI Designation 301-18, 310-18, and the 2006 CISPI Installation Handbook. The #117-LL (2" - 8" size) retains two 45° 1/8 bends onto the adjoining piping. All stainless steel bands must be torqued to 60 in/lbs minimum. The #117-3CM through #117-8X6CM retains the Combo or Wye with 1/8 bend onto the adjoining piping. All stainless steel bands must be tightened to 60 in/lbs minimum.
